TIPS FOR BOOKING A HELICOPTER TOUR
If you're in New York for more than just a couple of days, please schedule your tour as early as possible. Unexpected weather conditions and airspace closures are common. We'd like to make sure that your vacation is stress-free.
If you're booking your flight for a major holiday such as Christmas or Thanksgiving, please allow extra time for this activity.
When you make a reservation, you will be asked to arrive early, so the mandatory pre-flight safety procedures can be completed. Please have your ticket or voucher with you, and photo IDs for all passengers to facilitate your check-in.
Helicopters can make some people sick, even when they're flown by the best pilots. If you're motion sick, pregnant or have any other condition that could trigger nausea or dizziness, please mention it to our staff at check-in. We are not doctors, but by knowing this in advance, seating in the helicopter can be re-arranged to minimize negative effects.
Seating in our helicopters is based on passenger weight (for balance). While we consider special seating requests, we cannot make guarantees.
When booking for special occasions (birthdays, anniversaries, etc.) please don't hesitate to mention it to our Reservations Department so we can note it. We want your trip with us to be truly unforgettable!

Tours may be cancelled or re-scheduled with 24 hours notice without penalty. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled departure time, as well as no-show passengers, will incur 100% of tour charges with no refund. Late arrivals will be addressed on a case-by-case basis. A deposit may be required to guarantee seats.
